This Agreement is entered into between the user and Goshort in connection with the recharge services provided on the Goshort platform. “Goshort” refers to HK WUXIANZIZAI CULTURE MEDIA CO.,LIMITED and its associated operational units. “User” refers to the individual who accesses the services provided by Goshort.
1.1 Goshort provides internet-based recharge services (hereinafter referred to as the “Recharge Services”) as stipulated in this Agreement and in its periodically updated operational rules. Users who wish to recharge must read and accept all the terms of this Agreement and follow the on-screen prompts.
1.2 This Agreement also incorporates the “Goshort User Agreement” (including any updates thereto from time to time). The Goshort User Agreement is incorporated into and forms an integral part of this Agreement, and users must also adhere to it.
1.3 By proceeding with the recharge process after reading this Agreement, users acknowledge their full acceptance of its terms. Goshort may update these terms from time to time, with any changes being indicated on the relevant pages. Should users disagree with this Agreement or any of its amendments, they are advised to cease using Goshort’s services.
2.1 The services under this Agreement refer to the recharge platform services of Goshort. Specifically, Goshort provides a platform through which users may recharge for products or services for themselves or for others.
2.2 Certain online services (such as top-up or subscription services) may incur fees, which will be clearly stated on the relevant pages. Users who do not agree with such fees may choose not to use those services.
2.3 Users understand that Goshort only provides the online services. Any related equipment or associated costs shall be borne by the user.
3.1 Users must be the account holder of the payment method linked for recharge and must ensure that no third-party rights have been infringed.
3.2 Recharges must be made through the methods specified by Goshort. If users recharge through unauthorized systems or illicit methods, Goshort shall not be liable for any compensation.
3.3 Once a recharge is successful, it shall be deemed complete. No refunds or changes will be entertained unless the relevant product or service is unusable.
3.4 When using the recharge system, users must carefully verify their account details. Any mistakes arising from user errors or misunderstandings shall be the user’s responsibility.
3.5 Violations of the Goshort User Agreement or of this Agreement may result in the suspension of the user’s account, without any compensation.
3.6 Any discrepancy caused by the Goshort recharge system will be properly addressed on the basis of valid user data and evidence.
3.7 Virtual products or services obtained through Goshort or its authorized channels shall be used in accordance with the instructions or guides provided on Goshort. Goshort does not offer returns or exchanges for virtual products.
3.8 Users should obtain virtual products or services through official channels. Accounts suspected of engaging in illicit recharge activities may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
3.9 All virtual products or services should be obtained through official Goshort channels. Virtual products or services acquired through unofficial channels have no legal effect on Goshort, which retains the right to recall such virtual products and to terminate the relevant services if necessary.
4.1 In order to complete transactions and fulfill orders, Goshort may collect data related to your orders on the Service (such as transaction history) and the payment information required to complete such transactions (such as third-party payment information needed for payment and for automatic payment).
4.2 Goshort may collaborate with third parties in providing the services. If such third parties uphold privacy standards equivalent to those of Goshort, Goshort may share user data with them.
4.3 Without compromising the privacy of individual users, Goshort may analyze its user database as a whole for commercial purposes. Despite its best efforts, Goshort cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Goshort does not guarantee that:
(i) the Services will meet user expectations;
(ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6.1 In the event of system maintenance or upgrades that necessitate a temporary suspension of the online recharge services, Goshort will make every effort to notify users in advance.
6.2 Goshort reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the network services provided under this Agreement at any time, without notifying the user, should any of the following circumstances arise:
(a) the personal information provided by the user is found to be untruthful; or
(b) the user breaches the usage rules stipulated in this Agreement.
6.3 Apart from the circumstances described above, Goshort also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the online recharge services without prior notice. For such service interruptions or terminations, Goshort is not obliged to bear any responsibility towards the user or any third parties.
7.1 Users agree to protect and uphold the interests of Goshort and of other users. Should a user breach any relevant laws, regulations, or any term of this Agreement, causing losses to Goshort or to any third party, the user agrees to bear the ensuing damages and compensation liabilities.
8.1 All notifications under this Agreement may be made by announcements on major pages, by email, or by conventional mail. Such notifications shall be deemed delivered on the day of dispatch.
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the matters stipulated herein and other relevant issues. Apart from the rights conferred under this Agreement, no other rights are granted to either party.
9.2 Should any clause of this Agreement be entirely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
9.3 The headings in this Agreement are included for convenience only and have no legal or contractual significance.
9.4 In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the “Goshort User Agreement,” this Agreement shall prevail with respect to recharge-related matters.
